We offer products for sale on this site using WooCommerce. We’ve partnered with PayPal and PayPalPro to securely process payment. As such, we never learn or store your credit card information. They share your name, address, email address, and phone number with us so that we may fulfill your order.
All orders are hand crafted, then shipped in the order they are received.
In general costumes ship within:
1-2 weeks – 1-4 costumes
2-4 weeks – groups 5+
6-8 weeks – fully custom groups
Current turnaround times will be posted on the website if they do not fall within this range, and will override any other turnaround time information on the website.
Please contact us before placing your order if you have special deadline requests. We do our best to accommodate rush orders.
In the event that a fabric has been discontinued, or your order cannot be filled as requested, you will be notified immediately. At this point you may choose a replacement fabric or style, or choose to change or cancel your order.
We are committed to providing your costumes in a timely manner in order to meet your deadlines. We understand you need time before competition or rehearsal to hold fittings and possibly embellish your costumes.
Shipping times are in addition to above processing times. Please plan accordingly for your deadlines.
General shipping times:
- First Class 3-5 business days
- USPS Priority 1-3 business days
- USPS Priority Express 1-2 business days
We use USPS and UPS to ship your purchases. Tracking is included in shipping cost. Insurance is included in Priority and Ground shipping methods. You may choose to expedite your package through either carrier at an additional cost, however this does not expedite the above processing time.
Tracking will be provided to you when your item ships, often through an email from PayPal.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please check tracking information and contact the carrier before contacting us regarding an item in transit.
Transit times may vary for international orders. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or any other fees associated with your local jurisdiction.
Please order all costumes using our size chart and your dancers’ measurements. Since all patterns are made in-house, we cannot guarantee our sizes match any large name brand sizes.
All measurements are taken in inches, in the round. If you have any questions regarding measurements or sizing, please contact us and we will be happy to advise the best size for your dancer.
There are no custom size offerings for teacher priced items. Certain styles may be available in custom sizes on our retail platform, and we will gladly extend a 20% discount in that circumstance.
Dancewear is meant to be well used in an athletic setting. However, delicate fabrics and additional trim are sometimes used in the design and should be handled with great care to prolong the life of your costume.
Costumes that are made of plain Lycra can be washed in the machine on a delicate setting, and tumble dried on low or laid flat to dry. Use the mildest detergent possible, and never iron. Never iron an embellishment or decoration.
For more delicate fabrics, like lace, mesh, sequin, foil, or anything with embellishments, please only hand wash or spot clean, and always lay flat to dry. Use the mildest detergent possible, and never iron.
Check your garment’s care tags for further information.
Custom orders may be available depending on seasonal volume. No additional discounts are available for custom or semi-custom orders. Processing time will vary. No returns or exchanges accepted on custom or semi-custom orders. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to start work on any custom or semi-custom costumes, and the balance will be due before any items will ship.
We do not offer rhinestoning at this time.
Cancellation requests must be within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us to make a request.
Custom order cancellations after this 24 hour period will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
All other cancellations may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if order has started to process.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you feel an item is defective or not as pictured on the website, we will replace that item.
Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of delivery, and require approval. Contact us immediately to process any return or exchange.
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to returns.
Items must be in their original condition to be accepted for a return or exchange: unwashed, unaltered, and unworn, with no signs of damage or odors.
We cannot guarantee your replacement item will be from the same fabric dye lot as the original order, and occasionally fabrics or materials may not be available to make a replacement item.
Non-returnable items include:
- Custom or personalized products (unless item is received damaged or defective)
- Gift cards
- Intimate items (for health/hygienic reasons)
- Clearance items
- Size Exchanges
If an item does not fit, please contact us immediately with your dancer’s current measurements. If fabric is still available for that style, we will provide a replacement. Replacement may be subject to current turnaround time stated on website. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs of replacement.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your shipping address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any item lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, as well as the status of your return.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to restore these funds.
If 5 business days have passed since the refund was issued, please contact your bank and/or credit card company before contacting us.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
To ensure costumes are made from the same fabric dye lot for teams and groups, please order costumes at the same time.
